Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders $30.00 and over. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
The free shipping threshold is based on your order subtotal before tax.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak holiday seasons or due to carrier disruptions outside of our control.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped. Knits 'N Purls is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
