At Knits 'N Purls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Yarn Returns
Unwound, unused skeins in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in the same condition as received — unworked, with original labels attached.
We cannot accept returns on yarn that has been wound into cakes, begun, or washed.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return
All returns and exchanges must be brought in person to our store. We are not accepting mail-in returns at this time.
Please bring your item along with your original receipt or order confirmation. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Refunds
Refunds are processed in store at the time of return to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
