Class Schedule

In the first part of the class, students will create a variety of small samples using the slip stitch to achieve different textures and fabrics with one and 2 or more yarn colors.

In the second part of the class, we will offer an extensive list of pattern options with lots of real-life samples. Students will be guided to choose their next project with their favorite stitch work, pick colors and they will be on their way to start their next project!

Pre-requisites: Must know how to knit and purl.

In this 2-session class you will learn how to knit a perfect family hat – baby through adult sizes available. Able to style slouchy or with fold-over brim. Knit in the round.

Pre-requisites: Must be comfortable with a cast on comparable to long tail. Must be able to knit and purl and be ready to try double points.

In this Advanced Beginner class, you will learn and practice the linen stitch by making a tie. This versatile stitch creates a beautiful woven fabric. We will also discuss other designs and patterns using the linen stitch.

Pre-requisites: Measure the length of a tie you own and like to determine your preferred tie length.

You will learn how to read patterns in addition to turtle construction.

Pre-requisites: Must be able to make a magic circle and crochet in the round.
